  • Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on payments and handle basic accounts payable task liaising with the finance team
  • Maintain up to date sales records and generate reports as required
  • Attend to administration work, including office phone calls, filing, purchasing, and maintaining records of uniforms, stationery, etc.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records such as receipts, invoices and billing information
  • Manage and organize documentation, records, and filling systems and ensuring all the paperworks is accurately maintained
  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales administrative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Words, Power Point)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
