- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on payments and handle basic accounts payable task liaising with the finance team
- Maintain up to date sales records and generate reports as required
- Attend to administration work, including office phone calls, filing, purchasing, and maintaining records of uniforms, stationery, etc.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records such as receipts, invoices and billing information
- Manage and organize documentation, records, and filling systems and ensuring all the paperworks is accurately maintained
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales administrative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Words, Power Point)
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
