  • Provide reminders of important tasks and deadlines
  • Managing, maintaining, organizing and executing an efficient documentation and filing.
  • Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
  • Identify computer, gadget or network equipment shortages, sourcing and place orders.

  • Responsible for online communication with customers, accurate and timely accounting.
  • Create bills, invoice, reconcile accounts and related settlement activities, overdue analysis and tracking, monthly closing and balance sheet, etc.
  • To assist to seek and increase new sales opportunities through online platform and social media
  • To approach and follow up with our customer, listen to their needs and concerns, solve and provide them problem solving solutions.
  • Using (WB) to notify, service and promote new offer to our customer and latest internal notice to all employees and trainees.
  • To assist on posting job advertisements via media platforms, organizing and screening potential candidate applications forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
  • Responsible in overall administration and proactive with good follow-up skills and organizational skills
  • To perform submission and activation for our customer, key in database and some coordination and administration related work
  • And any other duties assigned
  • Good communication and writing in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, Fluency in Mandarin / Cantonese language is Needed as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking client.
  • Good attitude and organizational skills and a high level of professionalism.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Details and multi-tasking, flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.
  • Required skills: Strong analytical skills, creative thinking and problem-solving skills, good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of Management and staff. Ability to deal with sensitive information.
