- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients, building long-term relationships.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Present and demonstrate products/services, addressing client inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
- Analyse client feedback to improve service offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets, preparing compelling presentations and proposals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions, sales activities, and project pipelines.
- Collaborate with specification and marketing teams to align on projects and campaigns, representing the company at events.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (Mandarin, Malay , Dialects are a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in housing materials, roofing, construction or a related industry is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and result-driven
