Responsibilities

Responsibilities of our Social Media and Content Executive Malaysia, including but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and produce captivating video and static content for Youvit’s TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and values.
  • Execution: Oversee all aspects of content creation, including brainstorming, filming, editing, and post-production, to create impactful and visually appealing content.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the Social Media Specialist and other team members to devise content strategies that drive engagement and audience growth.
  • Performance Tracking: Continuously assess and improve content strategies to meet or exceed key performance indicators, such as achieving one FYP video per month and targeted engagement rates.
  • User Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages across social platforms in a timely and professional manner to foster a loyal online community.
  • Trend Analysis: Conduct research to identify and stay up-to-date on social media trends, analyzing performance data to optimize content strategies and ensure relevance on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

KPIs:

  • Monthly content impact, including at least one FYP video
  • Engagement rates and growth in followers
  • Response time to audience interactions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or related fields with 3 years of relevant experience
  • Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, negotiation and problem-solving
  • Able to operate Google Workspace, especially google sheet. Basic to intermediate excel formulas.
  • Familiar with a digital campaign and creating work documents (agreement letters, Invoice)
  • Creative in building content and able to identify target audience preferences
  • Responsible, honest, ambitious, Attention to details and organized, Target-oriente
  • Able to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment.
