Job Title: Product Solutions & Channel Sales Manager

Position Overview
Reporting to the Country Manager, you’ll deliver product solutions for both sales channels and direct customers through training sessions, seminars, sales visits, and more. This role involves rolling out targeted go-to-market strategies to meet sales and market share objectives within specific industry segments. Building a robust sales pipeline with distribution partners, enhancing brand awareness, and conducting competitor analysis will be key to your success.
This position calls for an organized, hands-on leader who can effectively manage tasks, foster business relationships, and drive performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners and clients through consistent contact and support.
- Act as a product expert, delivering tailored solutions and training for sales teams and customers alike.
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to implement targeted strategies, meeting revenue and brand growth goals.
- Track monthly sales forecasts with channels, consistently working to achieve set targets.
- Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends to drive brand positioning and strengthen overall strategy.
- Motivate and guide channel sales representatives, ensuring alignment with performance expectations.
- Monitor travel and entertainment expenses within assigned budget limits.
- Support additional projects and initiatives as directed by the Country Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven sales track record in technical product environments, ideally in test and measurement equipment.
- Experience in channel sales and account management within technical or industrial markets, with 10+ years in sales preferred.
- Solid technical understanding of industrial measurement tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with an ability to connect with executives and peers alike.
- Ability to balance short-term priorities with broader, strategic goals.
- Flexibility to work beyond standard hours when necessary.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks across business segments.
