Purpose:
Support QA activities for core and web applications across projects and change requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and analyze business requirements.
- Prepare and execute test strategies, scenarios, and cases.
- Plan and manage releases, including change requests and defects.
- Maintain test environment planning and highlight risks.
- Support BAU with production defects and assess impacts.
- Document and store test results.
- Collaborate with development on defects and delivery timelines.
- Update business teams on testing, defects, and deliveries.
- Train business users on new features during testing phases.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Diploma or higher; 3-5 years in Life Insurance/Banking.
- QA experience preferred; automation testing certification is a plus.
Skills:
- Detail-oriented with strong testing skills.
- Experience in manual/automation testing (core applications, web).
- SQL, APIs, Life/Asia knowledge.
- Familiarity with tools like Selenium, QTP, Load Runner, RFT, and mobile testing tools.
