Role Overview:
As the E-commerce Specialist, you are responsible for managing and growing our online sales channels. Your role is crucial in developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, optimizing online platforms, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Platform Management: Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, including the company website and online marketplace accounts.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor online traffic, sales, and conversion rates. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to create compelling online campaigns and promotions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
- Coordination: Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance online sales performance.
- SEO and Content Management: Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and manage content updates on the e-commerce platforms.
- Customer Experience Optimization: Ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer journey by continually refining the user interface and experience.
- Promotions and Discounts: Develop and manage promotional campaigns and discount strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Inventory Management: Work closely with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels and timely updates on the e-commerce platforms.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to drive sales and engagement.
- Product Listings: Ensure all product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for searchability and sales conversion.
- Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions across all social media platforms to foster a strong online community.
