Job Objectives

Lead Facilities department in ensuring all companies facilities are in good conditions and well maintains.

Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and carry out overall plant maintenance and housekeeping.
2. Ensure all equipment and machines are well maintained as per procedures.
3. Establish a systematic Preventive Maintenance program and procedures for manufacturing Equipment and implementation in line with the ISO requirement.
4. Minimize equipment downtime.
5. Coordinate and supervise contractor work on maintaining, servicing, housekeeping and constructions work in the premise.
6. Ensure all contractors follow the safe work practice.
7. Ensure the company complies with all rules & regulations in facility, i.e BOMBA, Machinery Department, MPPP, Tenaga Nasional and Safety and Health (DOSH) Department.
8. Ensure all equipment installations and operating including schedule wastes Disposals are according to the Environmental Act.
9. Keeps fire equipment, alarms, switches, and sensors in good working conditions.
10. To carry out the duties as a committee member for OSH and ERT.
11. Carry out project as assigned by the company from to time.

Qualifications

1. Diploma in electrical or electronic engineering.
2. Passes minimum of Chargeman AO certificate conduct by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
3. Experience & knowledge of cleanroom facility .

Skills

1. Ability to troubleshoot electrical equipment.
2. Able to handle projects independently.
