We are looking for a Customer Care Agent that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively


Job Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outgoing calls to prospective or existing customers for various purposes, such as sales & membership renewals
  • Process customers’ application in a timely manner
  • Identify potential leads and gather relevant information for sales or marketing teams.
  • Meet daily or weekly call volume and sales targets set by the company.
  • Record all call information.
  • Provide proper advice to caller by explaining procedures & providing information.
  • Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails and maintaining a log of that activity within the company’s engagement platform
  • Ensure daily and monthly KPIs are met and exceeded
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma / Cert / SPM holder with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin and Tamil will be added advantage.
  • Previous experience as a Telemarketing with 1 year experience
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
