  • Responsible for daily operation, deliver excellent customer service to deal and resolve players’ queries and issues
  • Actively collect feedback from players, summarize them and submit promptly to operation team for improvement
  • Perform data collection and analysis, propose operational improvement plans from players’ perspectives to optimize users’ experience
  • Ensure high quality service standards are met, maintain and/or increase customer connections
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments as needed
  • No experience required, but ability to communicate clearly and concisely is essential

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Required to speak in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Fluency in Mandarin is compulsory as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking counterparts
  • Minimum Education: A-level, Pre-U, Diploma or equivalent

    Working hours:

    • Morning shift - 9.30am - 6.30pm (Lunch break 12.30pm - 2.00pm)
    • Evening shift - 4.00pm - 1.00am (Lunch break 6.00pm - 7.30pm)
