DOO you have what it takes?
What you’ll be working on:
- Oversee and manage operational cases at the 1st level including follow up case status to ensure on timely closure.
- Responsible for the daily reconciliation between existing PSPs and platforms (Transactions Report and Settlement Report); required meticulously reviewing
- Responsible in managing the relationship with Payment service providers (PSPs) Opening and maintaining the communications with EMI Banks and existing PSPs
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Ad-Hoc Project – undertake additional assignments and projects as delegated by superiors from time to time.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance & accounting math, statistics, computer science, business or another quantitative field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Risk awareness – able to demonstrate understanding of risk control principles, have certain awareness of risk control, critical thinking, information security and corresponding escalation on cases as when required.
- Adaptability - A fast learner, able to adapt to rapidly developing and changing working environment, with strong team work and communication skills, must possess a clear mindset and tendency for innovation.
- Familiar and with knowledge of fund accounting practices is considered as an advantage
- Good organisation skills, with capability to prioritise workloads effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in both in English and Mandarin including listening, speaking, reading and writing is preferred
