The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company's social media presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and inventive marketing plans to maximize prospect and booking numbers
- Initiate day-to-day calendar activities which shall be closely monitored and executed in timely manner
- Develop compelling and visually appealing content for social media, websites, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Manage and curate content for social media platforms daily, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok.
- Implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followership.
- Generate report and analysis that able to determine marketing weaknesses and opportunities for robust correction and corrective measures
- Collaborate with internal cross functional teams and other departments such as aftersales to gather information and insights for content development.
- Monitor & coordinate any physical marketing activities flow such as roadshow, showroom event, HQ event, new product launching etc.
- Plan and train sales advisors on marketing skills and tools once in awhile
- Conduct live social media
- Prepare marketing plans & reporting to HQ when required
- Handle customer’s concern, analyse root cause and take improvement activities
- Continuously strive to develop and maintain good rapport with customer and strive towards achieving high customer satisfaction
- Any ad hoc tasks as and when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field
- Willing to Travel for Work
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Strong creative and analytical skills
