About The Opportunity:
We are looking for a talented TA individual to join our Bybit family. This is an opportunity to join a global organization and learn industry best practices from experts.

Responsibilities:
- Understand hiring needs by partnering closely with key hiring stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies across different geographies globally;
- Manage multiple phases of the recruitment process, including but not limited to sourcing, interviewing, etc.;
- Identify, attract and engage talents to build talent pipelines for various roles, through various channels such as LinkedIn, careers site, and other platforms;
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit;
- Manage communications with candidates to deliver a high-touch experience;
- Participate in relevant project(s), that will help to optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate / Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resources or related field, or prior working experience in talent acquisition / recruitment;
- Data-driven — Leverage data and translate them into insights to drive better hiring decisions;
- Ability to manage time effectively;
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization;
- Proactive, and curious-minded about recruitment;
- Proficient in English (written and oral); business level proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with sourcing techniques, such as Boolean search;
- Experience working in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment;
- Experience working with international partners in different time zones and cultures;
- Possess some knowledge about the crypto industry;
- Able to commit to a full-time internship.
