About The Opportunity:

We are looking for a talented TA individual to join our Bybit family. This is an opportunity to join a global organization and learn industry best practices from experts.

The successful candidate will have a chance to build and scale global teams, and make an impact at one of the largest and fastest-growing cryptocurrency exchanges.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand hiring needs by partnering closely with key hiring stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies across different geographies globally;
  • Manage multiple phases of the recruitment process, including but not limited to sourcing, interviewing, etc.;
  • Identify, attract and engage talents to build talent pipelines for various roles, through various channels such as LinkedIn, careers site, and other platforms;
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit;
  • Manage communications with candidates to deliver a high-touch experience;
  • Participate in relevant project(s), that will help to optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate / Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resources or related field, or prior working experience in talent acquisition / recruitment;
  • Data-driven — Leverage data and translate them into insights to drive better hiring decisions;
  • Ability to manage time effectively;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization;
  • Proactive, and curious-minded about recruitment;
  • Proficient in English (written and oral); business level proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with sourcing techniques, such as Boolean search;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment;
  • Experience working with international partners in different time zones and cultures;
  • Possess some knowledge about the crypto industry;
  • Able to commit to a full-time internship.
