Overseas Technical Expert (India and South East Asia region)

The company was founded in 2006 and is now listed in US. Since placing its first battery systems into operation in electric buses more than a decade ago, the company has expanded its business to serve a broad range of commercial, passenger and specialty vehicles, including mining, material handling, and power vehicles and equipment, as well as grid-scale energy storage applications.
Responsibilities:
•
Responsible for after-sales service in Southeast Asia to ensure the safety and stable operation of products.
•
Responsible for the training of on-site service personnel and the construction of service sites.
•
Responsible for the service quality in the responsible area, achieve KPI indicators such as regional maintenance cost rates, service timeliness, customer satisfaction, etc.
•
To deal with the problems in the responsible area, organize the issuance of on-site disposal plans and resolve customer complaints.
•
Complete other matters assigned by the management.
Requirements:
•
New Energy or Electrical background. Having experience in lithium battery after-sales service is preferred.
•
The position is home based and will need to travel to India (big market) and SEA countries (Malaysia, Thailand).
•
Fluent in spoken Chinese and English, Malaysian or other Southeast Asian Chinese are preferred.
