1. Identify and secure property listings from owners to meet the rental demands
2. Communicate and negotiate rental terms with owners
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of unit status, including move-in dates and current conditions
4. Organize and oversee various tasks related to property management, including scheduling and supervising maintenance and repair work to ensure timely and effective completion.
5. Updates to property owners about their units by half yearly
6. Monitor and ensure on-time collection of rental payments
7. Monitor the expiration dates of tenancy contracts and arrange for renewals or new agreements as needed.
8. Study the rental market for comparison together with marketer
