Patient Concierge

Job Description:- • Welcoming guests: Greet and guide all the customers that walk in and out of the hospital. • Arrange for valet parking and assist in sending patients/families to other facilities. E.g.: Clinic • Assist patients/families/visitors with daily needs and optimize patient comfort. • Assist as a backup company driver when needed, including assisting in driving Home Nursing's car. • Ensure the waiting areas are well arranged and tidy. • Assist in covering other facilities when required. • Carry out other ad hoc tasks as instructed by the management. E.g.: Assist the marketing team during events and activities. Requirements: • Minimum qualification: SPM • Experience in Customer Service / Front Desk or equivalent. (experience in the hospitality environment will be an added advantage) • Good communication skills, speak to customers clearly and politely. • Attentive, focused, and confident in responding to face-to-face inquiries.
