Quality Control • Ensure products and services meet quality standards and customer expectations. • Implement and oversee quality control procedures. • Address and resolve any quality issues promptly. Project Management • Plan and execute operational projects. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. • Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary. Reporting and Analysis • Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance. • Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and strategy. • Conduct regular audits and assessments. Compliance and Safety • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards. • Implement and monitor health and safety procedures. Customer Service • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues. • Implement strategies to improve customer service. Qualification/Requirements : • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. • Minimum of five (5) years of working experience as an operations manager or in a similar role. • Proficiency in MS Office and operations management software. • Strong knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management. • Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Ability to analyze data and use it to drive decision-making. • Problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. • Customer service orientation.
