Management Trainee Program (MTP)

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible to prepare and compile documents, report, and monitoring of day to day operation to ensure smooth operation and in compliance with the government regulation, company rules and regulation which includes any prescribed working ethic and department procedures. SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION Performs IT duties that include administrative, and IT support with the objective to ensure IT system functioning efficiently and timely processing of reports and data to all interest parties both internally and externally. LIST OF TASKS/JOBS 1. Provide day to day 1st level support to user and maintenance of existing application and software with the objective to ensure smooth operation and meeting committed SLA. 2. To analyze and improve systems with the objective to ensure efficiency and effective operation of end-users. 3. To support in new system implementation, perform UAT, work with user with the objective to ensure all critical business requirement are cover, reporting requirement are met. 4. Support and train users during implementation.
