Executive - Audit & Risk Management

Responsibilities -Perform audit procedures and tests in accordance with established policies and procedures. -Review and evaluate internal controls and operational processes to identify areas of improvement. -Prepare detailed audit working papers, findings, and recommendations for review by the Head of Department. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct ad-hoc investigation assignments as required. -Assist in the development and implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) system. -Assess potential risks across various departments, propose actionable solutions, and support the company in managing and mitigating operational, financial, and compliance risks. -Ensure that all organizational policies, processes, and procedures comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. -Use data analytics to support audit findings, identify trends, and generate insights for informed decision-making. -Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of best practices, regulatory changes, and industry standards in auditing and risk management. Requirements:- -Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent. -Proven experience in internal and/or external auditing. -Exposure to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is an added advantage. -Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. -IT-savvy, with proficiency in relevant software and tools.
