Job Description: As a behaviour therapist, you will work closely with children and adolescents with behavioural challenges. This includes individuals with special needs or with behavioural challenges. You will be responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of our principal behaviour therapist. Your role involves providing direct therapy, tracking progress, provide report and feedback to parents, provide parental training and adapting interventions to meet each individual's unique needs. Key Responsibilities: * Implement individualized education program (IEP) and behaviour intervention plans (BIPs) * Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with individuals at their homes * Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to teach and reinforce positive behaviors. * Collect and record data on client progress and behavior during sessions. * Communicate with clients' families and caregivers to provide updates and support. * Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality. Qualifications: * Education: Diploma or b[achelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred). * Experience: Prior experience working with individuals with special needs especially autism or other developmental disabilities is an advantage. * Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy. * Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and own transportation.
