  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Manager and Therapist specializing in postnatal care to manage and provide treatments at our center. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing spa operations, providing therapeutic services, and delivering personalized care for postpartum mothers (confinement care). This role requires a compassionate, knowledgeable professional who can support mothers through their recovery journey with specialized therapies and a warm, nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, client management, and staff coordination
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming spa environment
  • Manage inventory and procurement of spa supplies, linens, and treatment products
  • Train, mentor, and supervise spa staff to ensure high-quality service standards
  • Handle client feedback, resolve issues, and ensure an excellent customer experience

Therapeutic Services (Postnatal Care):

  • Perform a variety of therapeutic services for postpartum mothers, including postnatal massage, abdominal binding, and other confinement treatments
  • Guide new mothers in postnatal care practices, including lactation support, nutritional guidance, and relaxation techniques
  • Offer support and education to promote physical and emotional recovery for mothers
  • Ensure that all treatments are tailored to each client’s individual needs and follow best practices for postnatal care
  • Maintain accurate client records and monitor progress for ongoing care

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
