Position: Project Supervisor – 2 months Industry: Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant Working Day/Hours: Monday – Friday; 8AM – 5PM Working Duration: 2 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (November and December 2024) – Project basis Working Location: Kulim, Kedah Salary: Basic up to RM4000 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical insurance Job Description A project supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of a project on site. Ensure that projects are completed on time, conduct TBM, and according to specified quality standards as per instructed by Project Engineer. 1. Planning and Coordination • Carry out project plans, receive assigning tasks and monitoring progress. 2. Team Management • Hardworking and motivated, resolving conflicts and providing site support. 3. Quality Control • Ensuring that deliverable projects meet quality standards and specifications. 4. Risk Management • Identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact the project's success. 5. Communication • Reporting and updating the projects status and progress to Project Engineer. Project supervisors may specialize in specific industries or project types, such as construction, engineering, or others. Job requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in project supervision / managing on-site project activities • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools) • Has good communication skills • Able to work on occasional weekend or overtime depending on project schedules.
