Rotating Planner (Lbn)

Location – W.P. Labuan KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Plan and coordinate repairs, overhauls, and maintenance for pumps, fin fans, compressors, steam turbines, and gearboxes. • Develop detailed job steps and timelines for rotating equipment repairs and overhauls. • Work closely with maintenance teams, contractors, and engineers to ensure adherence to planned schedules. • Utilize SAP for work order management and planning. • Create and maintain schedules using Primavera P6 to ensure timely completion of all planned activities. • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all planning activities. • Provide accurate time and resource estimates for all rotating equipment jobs. • Assist in troubleshooting equipment failures and provide input for continuous improvement. • Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: • Candidate must possess Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Rotating Equipment Planner. • Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, steam turbines, and gearboxes. • Proficient in SAP for work order management and scheduling. • Experience with Primavera P6 (P-6) for scheduling and project planning. • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
