Overview
As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to support for both customers and the sales team, handling order processing, tracking, and issue resolution. This fast-paced role is perfect for someone who’s highly organized, loves details, and is driven to deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Process and verify purchase orders.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp.
  • Issue invoices and handle billing requirements.
  • Maintain updated sales and customer records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues smoothly.
  • Support additional sales and admin tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in a related field.
  • At least 2 years in sales coordination or administration, ideally within FMCG.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (preferred); able to read, write, and speak Mandarin at a professional level to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers, particularly those from China.
  • Proficient in Excel and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), order management tools (e.g., Freshdesk), or 3PL software is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable following Singapore public holidays.
  • Willing to relocate to Petaling Jaya.

Schedule

  • 5.5-day workweek with alternate half-day Saturdays (WFH).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
