ARCHITECTURE SUPERVISOR

Job Description • Carry out daily supervision, coordination and quality assurance of all trade’s implementation on site • Work closely with subcontractors on project progress. • Supervise all architecture and ID works and ensure that they are carried out in accordance to approved specifications • Work closely with subcontractors on project progress, deliverables and timeframe • Carry out the quality inspection on-site with COW and ensure that good quality of work is achieved • Daily site diary recording, monitoring and reporting • Close coordination of work with both internal (project team) and external parties (client, regulatory bodies and etc.) • Review, coordinate and generate all architectural works including shop drawings for the project. • Supervise and inspect all architectural works carried out by sub-contractors • Ensure compliance with architectural and structural specifications and achieve the quality aspect • Coordinate and liaise with all architectural or structural services with other trades on site • Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, project supervision and documentation • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by superior • Any other duties as instructed from time to time. REQUIREMENTS • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Building construction / Engineering (Civil) or equivalent • At least 3 years (s) of working experience in the related field • Primary Language English & Bahasa Malaysia • Familiar with architecture and C&S drawing and specifications for construction projects. • Computer literate in industry-related software such as MS Project/Word/Excel & Autocad • Willing to work long hours & travel when required • Willing to work on Sunday, Public Holiday & if needed.
