STORE SUPERVISOR

1.Fully in-charge and responsible for daily receiving and issuing operations of Store. 2. Responsible for ensuring efficient monthly store inventory operation control. 3. Monitor and expedite monthly Plan Production Order in production schedule to be closed. 4.To ensure proper storage, records, and documentation of all store documents. 5. Shall carry out 5S and FIFO/FEFO system in store. 6. To monitor Store's PICs daily activities. 7. To ensure the weekly and monthly cycle count, verification of stock record with result published on time and high inventory accuracy. 8.Ensure all SRF, MRF, Plan Production Order and others related documents are properly and timely transaction into the system. 9. Ensure all materials discrepancy found in the system are reconciled and resolved by planner. 10. To make sure receiving and shipment of Finished Goods are accurate and as per planner's Ship Requisition Property Gate Pass. 11. To make sure all daily incoming materials are transacted into system within the same day of receiving and all incoming goods are stored according to the location assigned once IQC released to store. 12. To monitor and ensure all IDM in Store follow the expiry date code as stated on their physical label. 13. To monitor and record the Temperature & Humidity of Store and Finished Goods Store area.
