What You’ll Be Doing: Drive the department’s success—hitting sales goals, growing the business, and delivering amazing customer service. ️ Be the face of our store—ensure the front line runs smoothly and customers (especially Mandarin speakers) have the best experience ever. Level up your department’s performance with better sales, smart cost control, and helping your team be their best! Lead the squad—build a positive, energetic work environment and help train and develop your team. What We’re Looking For: Mandarin fluency (spoken and written)—essential to connect with our customers! STPM / Diploma or above, with 1-2 years of experience (No worries if you’re fresh out of school—we’ll train you as a trainee!) Leadership skills that inspire the team and create a fun, productive vibe. Excited about working in retail—and okay with shift hours, weekends & public holidays.
