Enterprise Resource Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary consultant and project manager for Finance and SCM modules, managing projects from initial conceptualization through to implementation and training. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs, develop solutions, and ensure successful project execution. Leverage deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 to drive improvements in quality, service, risk management, cost, and technological capabilities. Configure D365 modules based on business requirements and develop detailed documentation and training materials. Produce Microsoft Power BI reports by extracting and analyzing data from D365 to support business decision-making. Provide expertise in additional D365 modules such as Master Planning, Manufacturing, Order Management, Warehousing, and Outbound (Pack & Ship) as a plus. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional Consultant, with a focus on one or more of the following areas: Finance, Master Planning and Manufacturing, Order Management, Warehousing, or Outbound (Pack & Ship). Strong background in business analysis, requirements engineering, and process modeling. Proven track record in planning, coordinating, and executing projects independently. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse, multi-functional teams. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience managing international projects. Demonstrates urgency and sound judgment in decision-making, with a willingness to take on tactical roles as needed to achieve objectives. Ability to operate as a self-starter, handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities with diligence and focus.
