Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer with experience in the semiconductor industry to lead and manage various engineering projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor processes, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. WILLING TO WORK IN SINGAPORE Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource requirements. Execution: Oversee the execution of engineering projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Process Optimization: Work closely with manufacturing and design teams to optimize semiconductor processes and implement best practices. Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet industry standards, quality guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines. Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to the project team throughout the project lifecycle. Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and components. Reporting: Generate regular progress reports and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management. Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs in semiconductor manufacturing processes.
