ECOMMERCE BUSINESS ANALYST • Manage and optimize our presence on major e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok. • Responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive online sales, enhance brand visibility, and maximize customer engagement on these platforms. • Oversee and manage the official stores on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok, ensuring product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the brand image. • Implement and optimize product pages, descriptions, and images to enhance conversion rates. • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok. • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions, discounts, and campaigns to drive sales. • Enhance customer engagement through effective communication, responsiveness, and feedback management. • Manage customer reviews and ratings to maintain a positive online reputation. • Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the performance of the e-commerce channels. • Use data insights to make informed decisions and optimize strategies. • Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals. • Collaborate with external partners and influencers to amplify the brand presence on TikTok. • Ensure compliance with platform policies, terms of service, and guidelines. • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to streamline order fulfilment and delivery processes. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new features on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok. • Must be aware of the latest products trends in the market and sourcing from China suppliers over the time. • Have regular visits, meetings, negotiate and follow up orders with the China suppliers over the time to make sure to get the best deals. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms, particularly Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media trends. • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
