Machinery Technician

Job Objectives: To support production during operation, troubleshooting on any machinery/ equipment failures, and perform maintenance regularly. Responsibilities: 1. To conduct consistent checking on the functionality and safety related matter for all the machinery/ equipment. 2. Ensuring products quality requirements are met at all time. 3.Troubleshoot machinery/ equipment when there is any breakdown, identify root cause and perform repair. 4. Perform line conversion & set up according to the procedure. 5. Perform scheduled maintenance to prolong the machine life span. 6. Ensure all processes are well function during production. 7. Ensure 5S and good housekeeping at the work place. 8.Perform any other pertinent responsibility that may be assigned occasionally as required by Top Management or immediate superior. Job Requirement: 1. Min SPM/ SKM/ Diploma/ Certificate Electronic/ Mechanical or equivalent qualification. 2. Experience and good fundamental on mechanical and electrical. 3. Experience and knowledge in ISO13485 is an advantage.
