PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities: 1. To develop new product design and concepts by working closely with marketing, clients, production and other related parties. 2. To establish new product specifications and product reliability & safety requirements. 3. To set up tools & test equipment, and conduct trial runs for new products. 4. To document new product testing results. 5. To establish production process parameters 6. Responsible for the monitoring of new product initial production run. 7. To ensure smooth transition from development to production, including preparation of special samples to customer. 8. To conduct trials on new material formulations. 9. To establish, review and update product specification sheets. 10. Perform any other duties which Management may require from time to time.
