Executive - Used Car (Trade In)

Summary

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the used car trade-in activities.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Answer the Sales Consultant trade-in price inquiry.
• Assist in booking for inspection with used car panel.
• Follow up with the used car panel on the inspected car.
• Share the offer price with Sales Consultant.
• Assist in closing the trade-in deal with the customer.
• Verify the car inspection report.
• Set the reserved price for bidding car.
• Assist in booking transaction slots for accepted trade-in price.
• Any other relevant duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Critical Skills:

• Have good follow-up skills and resourceful as well as being able to work under pressure.
• Have experience in the used car business.
• Have technical skills in accessing used car condition.
• Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.
• Proficient in MS Office especially MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, etc.
• Self-motivated, detailed oriented, and demonstrates the highest ethical standards.
• Initiative, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
• Good writing and communication skills (English).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

• Used Car: 3 years (Required)

• Driving License D/DA (Required)
