Position: Sales and Marketing Executive Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500 + Commission Working hours: 12.00 pm - 9.00 pm Working days: Monday - Saturday (Saturday 9.00 am - 1.00 pm) Location: 860-1,Jalan Permatang Tengah , Taman Perkasa , 13000 Butterworth Pulau Pinang Job description: * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. * Identify and engage with potential clients, including schools, educational institutions, and individual students. * Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. * Design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and events. * Create compelling content for marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, social media posts, and website content. * Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. * Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. * Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote tuition services. * Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. * Work closely with the academic team to understand the unique selling points of our tuition services. * Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer feedback, and potential areas for improvement. * Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback. * Utilize CRM software to manage client relationships and sales pipeline. * Prepare regular reports for management on sales and marketing activities.
