QA Engineer

Qualification & Experience - Diploma and above in Mechanical, Material, Industrial or Mechatronics Engineering. - Minimum 2 years experience in mechanical or mechatronics manufacturing QA. - Computer literate and ISO knowledge is an added advantage. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. To lead and supervise a team of QA Inspectors / QA Technicians. 2. To ensure all inspection are conducted correctly. 3. To train subordinates in sampling and inspection techniques. 4. To attend to all quality complaints from customers and reply with corrective action. 5. To analysis all rejects. 6. To raise Tool Service Note for tool servicing when necessary. 7. To initiate disposition on abnormalities and follow-up countermeasures. 8. To conduct technical training for new recruit and existing QA Inspectors / QA Technicians. 9. Review and assess the validity of inspection result. 10. To check and confirm the incoming inspection check sheet and outgoing inspection check sheet. 11. To coordinate and follow-up all corrective action taken on in-house and customer quality related matters. 12. To actively participate in quality improvement activities.
