Role Description
Become a valuable member of our dynamic team as a Technical Sales Engineer, showcasing your passion and performance in the realm of Business-to-Business sales. We are on the lookout for a driven individual capable of adeptly communicating with both our current and prospective clients, fostering our continuous success in the flexible plastic packaging industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in either Local or Overseas packaging, printing, converting company.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and providing technical expertise on our flexible plastic packaging product portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceed client expectations.
- Conduct product presentations, and demonstrations for clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to provide valuable feedback for product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, preferrably in both written and spoken.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the flexible packaging industry will be preferred for experienced candidate.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and effectively communicate complex concepts related to plastic film manufacturing, printing or production.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with internal teams, including willingness to spend extra hours for client activity.
- Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Ability to travel occasionally to meet clients and attend industry events, either locally or overseas.
- Legal to drink in the respective region or country of work.
