Job Description: • Support end-to-end recruitment functions which include job posting, screening and interviewing as well as • Review and develop HR policies in accordance with statutory requirements and company regulations. • Update and maintain employees’ personal data and records. • Administer employee payroll, leave and medical benefits, as well as work pass matters. • Plan and manage employee training courses. • Support employee performance reviews. • Take on other ad-hoc administrative duties tasks as required. • Experience in handling ISO documentation. • Lead in ISO preparation of documentation • Liaise with Immigration, clinics, SIRIM & statutory bodies. • Liaise with branches in term of payroll preparation, staff onboarding & offboarding. • Manage and monitor foreign workers leave entitlement, onboarding & offboarding, payroll processing. • Assist admin in term of foreign worker add or renewal permits/ Fomema & insurance. • Report to GM, FOD & CEO. • Any other task assigned by superior. Job Requirement: • Candidates must possess at least SPM/ Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Required Skill(s): communication skills, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office & Infotech System
