~ Provide a prompt and professional response to customer inquiries. ~ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow-up to ensure resolve cases. ~ Communicating and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to response and resolve customer complaints. ~ Keeping records of customer ratings, comments, and complaints. ~ Work closely with QA department to drive continuous improvement on the product’s quality that is impacting the customers. ~ Work closely among the internal teams & support to achieve a high standard of customer's requirement. ~ Take extra mile to build good relationship with customers. Job Requirement : * Minimum 1 year relevant working experience is preferable. However, fresh graduates are encourage to apply. * Highly motivated and self-driven with good interpersonal skills. * Team-player, independent with high level of commitment and integrity. * Outgoing with a pleasant and positive attitude. * Experience in customer service management will be added advantage. * Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is preferred. * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. * Able to start work immediately.
