1) To oversee the design and implementation of our company processes. 2) To be responsible for developing and implementing process strategies, managing process resources, optimizing current processes, and maintaining process documents 3) To maintain the efficiency of production in order to reduce costs. 4) To analyze a process system and implement simple yet effective changes to boost production. 5) Meeting with production managers to assess existing processes. 6) Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates. 7) Performing risk assessments. 8) Designing and testing process upgrades and new process systems. 9) Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards. 10) Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues. 11) Performing optimization tests. 12) Developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality. 13) Developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process. 14) Providing the Production Manager with process documents and standard operating procedures. 15) Monitoring upgrades systems. 16) To perform any other duties when assigned by superior from time to time. 17) Supporting the development of OHS policies and programs 18) Conducting risk assessment and enforcing preventative measures 19) Initiate and organize OHS training of employees at all level 20) Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (eg - not using protective equipment) 21) Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy 22) Record and investigate incidents at workplace to determine causes 23) Compile and submit NADOOPOD, JKKP 8, Monthly Safety and Health Report relevants parties involved (internal/ External) 24) Maintain pertinent information on Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and to ensure the relevant communication information is distributed to the responsible party. 25) Ensure first aid facility and welfare facilities for workers are in good condition. 26) Ensure compliance of all statutory legislation and requirements at all levels 27) Develop, implement and review safe work procedures and with project group and operations team. 28) Ensure implementation and compliance of anti-bribery policy 29) Ensure compliance of pest management and sanitation requirements 30) Other Duites : Ensure all other duties and project are done as assigned by the Department head or and other managers
