Job description for Admin cum Receptionist
1. Pick up call
2. Arrange document or item to send / received by courier
3. To update courier use at log book ( Senai )
4. To fill up the consignment note for courier
5. To assist AP / AR / MKT Senior Account Assistant
6. To receive any documents/letter/item from outside
7. Filing
8. Welcome guest
9. Scan cube summary and invoices (End Month)
10. Scan JCEC Agg invoice and report.
11. Update SO number in E-tracking
12. Update petrol receipt (Petron-Lab use)
13. Other Ad Hoc works
- Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification is required
- Preferred 1 year experience in the related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
