Responsibilities • Champion and formulate tactical plans in collaboration with brand owners to achieve business objectives. • Ensure trade spend is invested in the right areas, maximizing the allocated budget. • Conduct post-evaluations and reviews after each project with brand owners and the management team. • Act as the bridge and main PIC, ensuring effective communication between departments (Sales, Brand Owners, Logistics, etc.) for each TM project. • Work closely with the sales team to translate TM plans into executable results. • Develop long-term strategies that align with the brand’s vision and the company’s direction. • Monitor and report on competitive activities, implementing counter-strategies when necessary. • Ensure account profitability stays on track. • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with relevant stakeholders to support business growth. Requirements • 3-5 years of FMCG experience working in Sales or Marketing department. • Must be analytical and equip with project management skills • Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently. • The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment is a must • Able to adapt change easily, and able to work in a very fluid environment • Experience working with Agencies or Production suppliers preferred
