Process Professional

• Advise and assist employees in technical and process related matters such as ILI Data Processing, Data Preparation, Data Acceptance, Feature Evaluation-Classification, Results Validation, Reports Generation-Approvals Qualifications and Technical Capability: • Min 20 years data processing, data analysis and reporting experience accordance with ASNT and POF100 guidelines. • Experience handling ROSEN internal software like EP, RODAT, NIMA, ROSOFT, DRC and INSPRO. • Certified analyst in DPRE, MFL-A and Geometry Technology, minimum Senior Level 2 as per ASNT guideline and can perform technical tasks below: o Confirm in-field inspection data o Integrate and confirm supplementary pipeline data o Confirm data quality o Correlate data sets o Detect features and location o Validate classified features o Sizing of anomalies o Perform non-standard analyses o Combine results from multiple inspection types/technologies o Validate result on completed analysis if the contract requirements are fulfilled and report according deviations o Prepare a final inspection survey report o Perform comparison of field measurement data to recorded ILI data o Establish new techniques and procedures o Interpret pipeline codes and industry standards o Review customer specification requirements o Advanced data analyses o Perform investigations of field measurement data to recorded ILI data o Review / quality control of final inspection survey reports o Optimize data parameter settings for the purpose of automatic anomaly sizing as well as of automatic reference search (welds, bends etc..) o Provide supervision, training, and guidance to ILI Data Analyst Trainees, Level 1, Level 2, and other Level 3 personnel • Isolate and diagnose problems which are process and/or technology related Business Line Managers and Technical Specialists globally. • Support topical and high quality data entry in Business Software • Validate Output Quality before sent to Level 3 for approvals and clients. • Performing random quality checks of the work delivered in the respective process step • Continuous Improvement and lesson learned sharing to wider team. • Monitoring the performance of the process step • Proposing improvements to the Lead Process Professional regarding procedures, work instructions, checklists, training material and other information related to In-Line-Inspection (ILI) works • Acting as a liaison between the Region and Creation (Research and Development Centre) for all process and technical issues, improvement proposals and providing daily work experience • Handling of investigations in case of failures, including the follow-up of agreed actions • Supporting the implementation of approved process improvements in the region • Knowledge Transfer • Transferring of knowledge and lessons learned for efficiency improvements in close cooperation with Training & Education • Assisting the Regional Resourcing manager(s) to identify possible training needs regarding specific personnel • Networking with other Process Professionals to share learnings • Process related support. • Guide employees on how to execute a specific task in the respective process step. • Veto final acceptance of process step deliverables, if random quality check failed. • Implementing approved solutions regarding technical and procedural/process related matters to overcome deficiencies in the process • Defining and creating region specific training content, in alignment with the Global Training Program • Investigating process or technical issues • Request support from Advisory in analyzing failures or improvement potentials.
