Responsibilities: • To prepare, monitor and maintain employees’ attendance records (TMS). • Process payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner. • Maintain confidential payroll and employee information. • Update and maintain payroll records for all employees in the payroll system. • Responsible for relevant HR official documentations • To maintain a systematic and proper filing system to ensure information’s is up to date for easy reference and retrieval • Handling HR matters related to relevant government department / agencies. • To assist on recruitment for local and foreign workers. • Perform any other duties as and when required by the HOD from time to time • To maintain strict confidentiality and act professionally with all levels of management and staffs at all time. Requirements: • Possess a Bachelor Degree in HR / Management / Business Administration or any other relevant qualifications. • Have at least 3-5 years working experiences. • Knowledge in full spectrum of Human Resources is an added advantage. • Possess a valid car driving license. • Possess good communications skill. • Systematic, organize, positive attitude and problem-solving skills. • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
