Evaluate materials, components, and manufacturing processes to optimize product quality, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency. Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in mechanical engineering to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Participate in overseas training programs to enhance technical skills, knowledge, and capabilities. Upon return, provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior engineers, sharing insights and best practices acquired from overseas training. Monitor the progress and performance of junior engineers, providing support and feedback as needed to ensure their professional development and success. requirements 1 years of experience in mechanical engineering roles, preferably in tech company. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to engineering challenges. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations. Experience with prototype development, testing, and validation processes. Familiarity with manufacturing processes, materials selection, and cost optimization techniques. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects
