Production Executive

Responsibilities: • Lead, managed and coordinated all production activity to consistency achieve operations goals in term of delivery, cycle time, yield and cost. • Improving safety, quality, On-Time-Delivery, product flow and Lean daily management processes throughout the Department including standardized procedures. • Planned, strategized and monitored products movement to achieve maximum throughput, minimum idle time and maintain line linearity. • Studied, analyzed, identified, highlighted and follow through potential operations problems with respective support groups to ensure continues high focus on areas and variance requiring immediate on-going attention. • Identified, initiated and participated in continues improvement plan, cost reduction, yield and productivity improvement projects with support groups to optimize manufacturing operation. • Ensure the workforce is well trained, well equip and optimize allocation of manpower for optimum productivity and balancing the production. • Knowledge of and ability to implement KPI’s to drive department efficiency and effectiveness. • Perform other duties stipulated as per ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 requirements. • To perform any other tasks as and when required by the Management from time to time. • To ensure all the production record and report are completed accurately in daily basis.
