Internship- Engineering

Responsibilities & Task: - Support and assist the Manager in R&D New Product Development groups to develop strategies for new products. - Assist the manager in driving continuous improvement on yield, cycle time, cost, quality, and reliability for both existing and new products. - Provide technical solutions through root cause analysis, along with corrective and preventive actions. - Coordinate FMEA and control plans for new products. - Collaborate closely with other departments to improve product quality and productivity. - Support manufacturing by resolving daily process engineering issues. - Assist in data collection, identifying opportunities, and tracking improvements. - Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time. Job Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor in Engineering field. - Able to communicate and understand English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Applicants must be willing to work in Penang, Nibong Tebal. - Basic Computer knowledge and Microsoft is required.
