To prepare and implement site supervision & coordinates with suppliers, contractors, and etc.
To monitoring daily site safety work activities, attend safety coordination meeting with contractors and to conduct daily tools box meeting at site with all foreman and workers.
High lifter, scissor lift & scaffolding daily control.
Ensures Scaff tags are signed and kept up to date with relevant information.
Inspects all scaffolds on site regularly and keeps a record for any future audit.
To conforming and ensure site safety for scaffolding erection, hot works, barricade of floor opening, high level object & works, cutting tools, all electric tools, and etc.
To check and conforming to local safety & health codes & regulations by complying with requirements.
Preparing safety signage, site instruction documentation & develop good leadership with sub-contractors and workers.
To prepare & assists to conform standard safety requirement for installation and safety produce method statement and ISO documents as needed.
To conduct safety briefing on usage of equipment’s, tools & materials.
To issue warning if contractor provide safety defects or negligence and prepare punch list for following up action.
Conducts inspection and certifies the quality, suitability, and safety of scaffolding as per the industrial standards and practices
Maintain a record of the condition of all scaffolding materials and ensure that they are maintained correctly and are removed from site and disposed off, if found damaged or defective.
Sharing safety essential information with project team always to achieve schedule as targeted.
Contributing safety & health information to team meeting and reports, to escalating project completion without impediments.
Strictly observed Taikisha Japan safety policy and reporting procedures

Candidate must possess a valid Green Book and SHO Certificate certified by DOSH.
Must possess a valid Scaffolding certificate certified by DOSH. Posses Lifting supervisor certificate is an added advantage
Willing to travel.
At least 3 years of working experience in similar industry.
Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Good working knowledge in both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Good in communication skills, conflict management, problem-solving, leadership and reporting skills.
