Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled HR Assistant Manager to join our team at MF Technology Supply & Services (M) Sdn. Bhd. The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading the recruitment process to ensure we bring the best talent on board. In addition, you will oversee the full scope of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR strategy development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we hire talent that aligns with the company's culture and long-term goals. • Develop and implement people strategies to align to the business objectives. • Oversee day-to-day operations and administration to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards and industry regulations. • Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement; • Responsible for full HR spectrum. • Oversee and manage HR operations to ensure efficient processes. • Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent. • Foster positive employee relations and address any concerns. • Collaborate with other department heads to align operational activities with overall business objectives. • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to meet HR operational targets. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement measures to track and improve operational performance. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management or Business Administration. • Minimum 3 years work experience in related field. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results. • Proven track record in the recruitment process and successfully hiring the right talent. • Deep knowledge of HR best practices and employment law compliance. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. • Experience working in related industry is preferred but not required. • Proficiency in HR systems and management tools. • High level of confidentiality and professionalism. • Able to start immediately, is an added advantage. Working hours: Monday - Friday: 8.00 am - 5.30 pm Saturday: 8.00 am - 12.30 pm
