Responsibilities:

· Drive local offline sales by establishing strong partnerships with major consumer electronic distributors and retailer channels

· Negotiate distribution agreements and pricing with channel or distribution partners

· In charge of day-to-day account management, order management, and assist retail partners in setting up Aqara online store-front and product listing. Work with Aqara marketing team to plan sales promotion strategy and marketing activities

· Gather insights and feedback from store visits and client interactions; record data points via CRM tool; create sell-in and sell-out reports and track sales performance on a regular basis

· Collect consumer insights, industry trends, and competitive analysis through research and store visits to gain a deep understanding of smart home market; present findings to the Product and R&D teams

· Work with Technical Support team to formulate product key selling points and develop training and educational materials for retail partners

· Relay clients’ questions and feedback to customer service and product teams

· Coordinate with Aqara marketing team as well as retailers’ marketing team to provide adequate support for Aqara product launches and promotions

Qualifications:

· Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred but not required

· Experience working with consumer electronics and consumer products is REQUIRED

· Ability to travel within the local for client meetings and pitches

· Bachelor's degree preferred

· At least 4+ years of experience in sales, and at least 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics products/services; familiarity with the development of retail channels, distribution channels, professional installation, and integration channels

· Experience in working with local retailers.

· Great writer, communicator, and presenter. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and excel

· Experience with CRM tools (i.e., Salesforce) is a plus

· Flexible work hours and can work weekdays and potentially weekends if needed
