Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Retail Sales Consultant. The Retail Sales Consultant will be responsible for sales consulting, retail sales, customer experience, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis. Retails Sales Consultant need to be knowledgeable about products and create a rapport with clients quickly to build lasting relationships. Retail Sales Consultant duties and responsibilities include: Selling and promoting products to both existing and potential clients Performing needs analysis and cost-benefit analysis for clients Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients Monitoring competitors’ sales activities Assisting with corporate marketing strategies and expanding the company to new markets Cold calling potential clients Coordinating sales efforts with other departments Supplying the management team with reports on customer needs or interests, potential new products, or services, and competitive activities Qualifications Sales Consulting and Retail Sales skills Customer Experience and Customer Service skills Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the retail industry is a plus Proven track record of meeting sales targets Experience in sales or customer service roles Remuneration RM2,200-5,000 Benefits Epf, Sosco, Eis High Commission High Allowance Career development Outdoor Jobs
